Strength & Conditioning Coach
Torence joins the SportsPhysioSA team as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and can provide individual training programs for athletes of all levels or anyone wanting to improve their general fitness.
His areas of expertise include strength & conditioning, speed/agility, plyometrics, weight management and sport specific training. His aim is to create stimulating workout experiences that are motivating, challenging and fun.
Torence is currently completing an Exercise & Sport Science degree at the Charles Darwin University and is an accredited coach through the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA). He has worked under former professional NFL athlete Curtis Williams (USA), trained at Fast Twitch Australia and gained valuable experience at Adelaide United Football Club.
In 2018 and mid 2019, Torence conducted training sessions at the prestigious Manila Polo Club, with some of the Philippines` top athletes. He has developed successful exercise programs for athletes in tennis, soccer, basketball and other sports.
In his spare time, Torence loves playing any sport. He is an avid tennis player, dog lover and follows the NBA (a heavy Lakers fan)!
