With an increasing demand and a waiting list for appointments we need to operate more efficiently.

Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space that is no longer available to other patients.
To be fair to other patients and your treating provider, please call the clinic on 8356 6965 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call by 2.00pm on the day before. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us 8356 6965. If necessary, you may leave a voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled after 2.00pm on the day before the appointment time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we reserve the right to charge a $40 missed appointment fee* ($20 for group exercise sessions).
