The physio team at SportsPhysioSA include strength and conditioning coaches and Pilates instructors who design individual or group sessions for general strengthening, injury rehabilitation, posture correction, improving bone density in osteopenia / osteoporosis and core muscle activation.
The benefits of gym-based exercise are seen across a large age range from 10 year olds looking to improve their posture, co-ordination and muscle tone through to our oldest participant in his mid 90’s who wants to maintain strength and mobility and insists on a boxing session ‘on the pads’ to finish a session!
